I purchased both the brown color and black color of this folio case. I love its design and functionality. It looks very sleek and elegant. The iPad is as secure as it can be via extra wide elastic corner bands. I’ve tried other covers, including the apple original cover. This case is a keeper for me. Here are a few things I like. The surface of the case is very smooth. The edge of case is protected via durable nylon lace. The fine stitched lace gives elegant decoration. The zipper pull is nice smooth stainless steel and the zippers are good quality and it can last a long time. The stitching outside and inside of the case looks very straight and well crafted. The middle of the case seems to have some sturdy board that provides a solid frame to the case. Between the board and the outside surface appear to have some padding and this give nice and soft feel when touching from outside. The inside is fine nonwoven felt material with matching color. I particularly like the extra elastic bands at the 4 corners. My iPad is very secure inside even when I shake the case moderately and test how dependable are those 4 corners. In all, I recommend this case. The price is reasonable. It gives my iPad great protection when I bring the iPad around. I can use the iPad while it is secured inside via the 4 corners and I can zip my iPad securely while I am on the go.

It is absolutely the perfect design; better than anything on the market. The quality, however, reminds me of something you’d get free for attending a time share seminar or something. Garbage, garbage, garbage. HEY MANUFACTURERS, no one wants to put their 0 device in a -quality folio. Someone, PLEASE, make something along the line that Franklin used to make. PLEASE!!!!

Don’t buy this case – Butterfly in Boerne – San Antonio, Texas
For folio purposes, the design of this IPad case is perfect. But on quality it fails miserably. It is NOT leather, but rather some synthetic plasticy type material and the edges are sealed together with some type of textured ribbon. The elastic corner fasteners do actually hold the IPad very securely, but when you sit the case down the entire thing contorts to the shape of what’s in it. It does not have much padding to protect the Ipad. It’s like very, very cheap stuff made in Taiwan. I’m sorry that I spent dollars to order and have this thing shipped. I’m using it because it’s all I have for now, but the quality is so poor that I believe it will fall apart very soon. Don’t waste your money on this Ipad case, you’ll be very disappointed.
